I’m an explorer and an observer, with a tendency to wander and make friends where I go. I’ve been photographing babies and families for over a decade and I absolutely love my job! My work is all about natural beauty and authenticity. My style and approach are informed by my background in fine art flora and documentary photography. I'm inspired by the little details in our lives and hope to capture the moments we move through but don’t always notice. I’m just as interested in the chaos of parenthood as the quiet delicious moments. I live in Brooklyn with my wonderful husband and our amazing daughter.

Citybird Photo is all about beauty and authenticity. I feel that our lives offer more richness and substance than a studio backdrop. My aim is to create photographs that reflect the day-to-day wonder, humor and joy of childhood (and parenthood!) - images that stand the test of time and offer us even greater meaning and sentiment over the years.

I ask a lot of my clients and I know it. You let me into your lives and allow me to pull you out of your comfort zones. I am so appreciative of the ways you show your selves to me.
I spend hours with your faces, culling and editing your photos myself, with a giant grin on my face - adoring you, your parenting styles, your children and the life you’ve built together.
I ask for a level of honesty and openness I often haven’t yet earned and I thank you for letting down your guard with me. I see you and I do my best to let you see me.
